Bendigo 2026

Australian Sheep & Wool Show · Site 275 · 17–19 July

Three days at the Australian Sheep & Wool Show. Eight rams on display, walls filled with information to support our aim to 'educate before sell', fleece on the table and the new Production & Performance booklet available for the first time. If you couldn't make it, this is how the weekend unfolded.

01. Setting up

Thursday afternoon. Rams unloaded and settled, boards going up, and the site taking shape ahead of gates opening Friday morning.

"We've brought a season's worth of results with us and we're looking forward to sharing them."Thursday 16 July

02. Day 1 — Friday

Rams penned and plenty of information for visitors stopping in at Site 275. An exciting time as the first rams representing the 2026 sale team are on display. Great conversations around data and breeding direction.

"Plenty of great chats today about rams, data, and where we're all heading as an industry."Friday 17 July

03. Day 2 — Saturday

The busiest day of the show. Andrew discussing the 2025-drop rams and the data behind them. Condition scores based on season, drawing as much interest as the sheep.

"It's a great time to be in sheep."Saturday 18 July

04. Day 3 — Sunday

Final morning. Fleece on the table for visitors to handle, the last of the booklets going out, and the first public announcement of the 2026 Open Day.

"Loved chatting with everyone at Bendigo this weekend."Sunday 19 July

Open Day, sale dates, inspection times and the 2026 catalogue are all on the Sale & Events page.
